        Weather Update

        Following Storm Goretti, Camborne Science and International Academy (including Nexus) will have a delayed start on Monday 12th January 2026. Students should arrive by 10:00 am for tutor time.

        Key Information
        ·  Year 10 Nexus students should go straight to the Nexus Campus. 
        · Tutor Time: This will begin at 10:00 am and will be used for registration, Yondr pouch checks, and equipment/uniform checks.
        · Lessons: Students will attend Period 2 as normal following tutor time.
        · Transport:  Williams Coach: The first pickup will be at Hayle Viaduct at 9:20 am.

        Public/Other Bus Routes: Please be reminded that later services do not stop within the school grounds. Students will need to alight at the closest public bus stop and walk into school. Further details can be found at https://www.transportforcornwall.co.uk

        Exam Arrangements
        Please Note: Students with external BTEC examinations must arrive for their exams as scheduled for a 9:00 am start. Staff will be on-site to facilitate these sessions.

        We plan to return to a normal opening on Tuesday 13th January 2026.
